料封泵常见故障原因及处理方法

首先大家需要知道料封泵可输送物料3—500米，提升高度可达50米。是一种综合性价比更高的输送粉状物料的专业设备。在输送过程中如有管道堵塞的原因我们首先应该分析问题出现在哪里，只有找到病发原我们才能快速解决。
管道堵塞:应先关闭执行机构,停止进料,用压缩空气将管路吹通,如果吹管时管道还未吹通,应停止吹管,关闭压缩气源,开启输送管道的事故放灰阀门进行人工清理。
Pipe blocked: firstly close the actuating device, stop feeding, blow off the pipes with compressed air, if the pipes are still blocked after pipe blowing,the pipe blowing shall be stopped, close the compressed air, open the dust valve of flow pipes for manual cleaning
料仓返气: 
检查除尘器过滤阻力是否过大,如果除尘器阻力过大应调整除尘器清灰间隔时间,降低运行阻力,如透气层损坏,应及时更换。
Examine the dust remover, whether the resistance is over high, if so, the interval time for dust removal shall be adjusted so as to reduce the resistance, if the ventilation layer is damaged, it must be replaced in time.
检查流化气量阀门是否开启过大,关小阀门.
Examine whether the valve of fluidization air is over open, close the small valve.
检查料仓料封层高度,适当地提高料位。
Examine the feed bin and material height, and properly increase the materials level.
